ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY ON MERCHANDISE (NON-FOOD ITEMS)
All products sold by Cookies By The C will be free from defects in materials and workmanship prior to shipping to customer. Cookies By The C will warrant its products for one year from customer’s purchase date shown on receipt. Warranty claims will be honored only on items purchased from Cookies By The C. Warranty claims or returns will not be honored for items that have been abused or show unusual wear from improper use.
Normal wear of Cookies By The C products, which includes but not limited to blemishes, chips, scratches, and deterioration of the finish, is not covered by the warranty. Some Cookies By The C products have finishes that do not protect the metal from natural elements, chemicals, or other harmful materials which may cause rust or other cosmetic inconsistencies, but will not affect the performance of the product, in such cases the warranty does not apply; consumers are responsible for the maintenance of their products. If the product has been disassembled or tampered with for any reason other than an authorized Cookies By The C technician, warranty will not apply.
Customers will be responsible for freight cost both to and from Cookies By The C for all warranty claims. Proof of purchase and matching serial numbers (if applicable) on products are mandatory in order to receive warranty replacement; a copy of the original invoice from Cookies By The C must accompany the product in question for warranty.
Cookies By The C has the right to refuse a warranty claim if procedures and proper documentation are not met. All returns must obtain an RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA) number from Cookies By The C prior to shipping the product(s) to an Cookies By The C facility.
No warranty whatsoever will be valid if the defect was caused by the customer's abuse, negligence, and/or mishandling. All merchandise sold by Cookies By The C is only subject to the manufacturer's warranty, if any, and are subject to the submission to the manufacturer for approval of repairs or replacement of merchandise. If you receive a defective item(s), please contact us for return and replacement details.
